4.8.12 GMail now supported by [E-Mail] button

• GMail is now supported by the [E-Mail] buttons if selected for the database in Tools > Options > Settings or for the scheduler in Edit > Staff > Scheduler Tab. Available once 4.8.12 is activated as the “Minimum Schedule3W version for your database“.
• New month open/rollover now automatically asks permission to raise “Minimum Schedule3W version for your database” (i.e. do a Tools > Activate) if lowest version of Schedule3W run in the last 90 days is higher than the current minimum. This activates new features that require a minimum.
