5.0.07 Web Update support Move and Split

• Web Update now supports Shift Move and Shift Split (with optional Delete/Replace Period … great for partial day vacations).
• Web View now shows the Duty Shifts at bottom of the Bar Graph displays as live links to expanded shift displays (which in turn provide [Update] access).
