4.4.45: Date Green when Today

• The newly installed empty database has been updated so all locations are selected and Edit>Away does not generate an error.
• When Today is selected on scheduling screens the date button is now green.
• The Include Willing/Want option of Who’s working x day reports is now supported regardless of any Location select.
• The Conflict Screen support for filling in shifts between a less frequent shift (e.g. adding every Friday working when there is an existing every third Friday Off) has been restored (broken in .36).
