Schedule3W uses a subscription model to ensure you are always be eligible to use the latest release.

The cost for Schedule3W is based on three factors:

• Whether you are not for profit (e.g. education, library, charity, etc.).
• The number of staff that will be entered.
• The number concurrent users (i.e. schedulers logged into the database at one time).
  • One concurrent user means you can install Schedule3W on any number of PCs and any one person can be in Schedule3W (the second person gets a friendly message).
  • Employees have unlimited display and away (i.e. vacation) requests access through the optional web modules.
