4.5.25 Scheduler Date Range Restriction

• New Edit>Staff>Scheduler Tab option to restrict a scheduler to working within a specific date range (e.g. for restricting student workers to just updating their availability for the remainder of the term or preventing a scheduler from updating past dates).
• Tools>Holidays is now display-only for schedulers without Database Administration Rights.
• Edit>Data Range and Edit>Employee Type are now display-only for schedulers with Scheduler (No Edit>Staff) Rights.
• Eliminated an ObjectBroker Error -2147467259 that occasionally happened during new month open/rollover since 4.5.16 change to keep Web open during most of the rollover.
