4.5.28 Track Skills Coverage

- New Skills feature that allows site defined skills (e.g. CPR certified, Speaks Spanish) to be assigned to employees. Skills may be used to filter employees and to generate coverage reports. See details via Help>Index on Skills.
- New features in Select>Multiple Employee screen activated through a new [Options] button:
- See count of active employees per value in Pick screens (e.g. # of employees of each Type).
- Have multiple Pick screens filter down, rather than reset, the currently selected list of employees (e.g. to select Adult Department Pages).
- Also show employee abbreviation.
