4.5.14 Windows 8 and New Split Shift

• Now supports Windows 8.
• New Split Shift option in the right-click on a shift menu.
• Web View now enforces each Location’s min & max view date range individually, rather than using the most restrictive range.
• Web Server host name is now automatically stored even if Windows Service is activated without the recommended manual start test.
• Web Server no longer needs a manual restart after a database upgrade that changes the structure of its control tables.
