4.7.11 Schedule3Ws Outside of LAN

• Tools>Web Services screen now has a new External button for optionally entering the URL that must be used outside the LAN. This is needed by sites with Schedule3W installed outside the LAN.
• Web View Employee and Location menu entries for groups now have self-documenting labels (e.g. Emp Group, Home Loc) rather than just a plus (+) sign.
