5.4.06 Auto Open Change email option

• Web View 4.7.0 improvements:
  • The List View format now supports more information per page. Shift Notes now generally fit in one line.
• Web Update 4.7.0 improvements:
  • Schedulers may now change to drag mode by setting it in Web>Options, and optionally saving it as a default.
  • In Drag mode, additions and changes automatically show in the scheduling screen (i.e. without clicking refresh).
• New Auto tick ‘Open Change Notice email’ setting for the database in Tools>Options>Settings and Scheduler overrides in Edit>Staff>Scheduler Tab.
• The previous release introduced an occasional Error 13 Type mismatch message. This as been corrected.
