- Web 4.1.2 adds:
- Ongoing and Until recurring sets may now be added and modified.
- Now employees can be restricted to only viewing their own schedule or those of an employee group in Edit>Staff.
- The Staffing Level blue/red bar no longer shows when an employee select is active or in Location x Day
- Edit>Away>[Process] now opens with the most common choice (“Hours Scheduled”) preticked.
- Tools>Maintenance>Test>[Disk Speed] now includes 3 additional tests.
- The minimum number of locations in a Location Group is now 1 (rather than 2).
- To help sites with multiple databases, you may now enter new licenses without logging in by using ChangeLic as the password.
- Web 4.1.1 now supports sorting Employees in the Employee x Time bar graph display by Start time.
- Web 4.1 adds two new location focused bar graph displays:
- Locations x Time.
- Days x Time for a Location.
- Edit>Staff and Employee x Week’s Select>Employee now, by default, show only the employees in any active Employee Select.
- Select Multiple Employees, when invoked from [Emp/Loc], now allows employees to be selected by their current Assignment Group value. This simplifies a setup step for AutoSched.
- Employee/Location Scheduling Grids, if opened from Location x Week, now always return to it with its original selected Locations.
- Staffing Level entry now supports both backspace and delete keys.
