- AutoSched Generating Screen has a new [Stop] button for early termination and now exports a list of unfilled shifts.
- Delete Shift now supports deleting all of an employee’s shifts for a specific day of week.
- Staffing Level Week Templates will now automatically show in hour, half hour or 15 min periods based on when number of staff change.
- The Web Server HTTPS option no longer permits TLSv1.0, TLSv1.1 and SHA1 connections as their security is so weak. Therefore HTTPS requires a minimum of Windows Server 2008r2.
- AutoSched now supports new employee controls of Maximum hours of on-desk time per day and per week.
- Web View has following improvements:
- A simple drop-down menu replaces multiple radio and macro buttons for a cleaner/clearer interface.
- Now button has been expanded to a time menu to supported filtered displays by any hour of the day.
- New Working Employee Skills table display.
- Tools>Staffing Levels now shows the Week Template times in am/pm, rather than 24hr, format.
- Recurring Screen now supports new monthly frequencies of:
- Monthly on 5th ‘dow’ (i.e. day of week)’.
- Last ‘dow’ in month (e.g. last Tue of month).
- nth ‘dow’ after 1st ‘base dow’ (e.g. 3rd Tue > 1st Sat of month). Tools>Options>Settings controls for which days, if any, after 1st is offered (Sat is on by default).
- New AutoSched module for automatically scheduling (aka filling) designated service points from working employees. Contact support@schedule3W.com for details on trying this new module.
- [Emp/Loc] Assignment Group now defaults to label of Manual (rather than Undefined).
