- New Hosted Web View option supports having just your Web hosted on a Schedule3W (or other) cloud server outside your network.This provides employees external web access for sites whose firewall policy prevents access to the internal web server.
- The last showing shift of an on-going set (e.g. 13 months in future) now supports This day only changes.
- Location by Day right-click Display>Sort by>Working * formats, when an employee select is active, now only shows employees, with a home location not in the location filter, if they are working in one of selected Working (assignable to Service Points locations (i.e. substitutes only show if working that day in your department).
- New Web View 3.8.3 features:
- Web View’s iCal Help page has been updated to better highlight the number of days to be auto sync’d and the URL to copy.
- The Login page now ignores any leading/trailing blanks.
- The Staffing Level bar (at the bottom of Location by Week/Day screens when only one location is selected) now reflects the difference between actual and desired when first opened and after Select>Location (in addition to after Select>Multiple Locations).
- Edit>Location> right-click Advanced>Delete Shifts for a Working assignable to service points location now correctly deletes associated Service Point shifts.
- New [PDF] button in Tools>Reports and Edit>Staff>Analysis generates a PDF with one click and saves even more steps for sites using a web based e-mail package. It also simplifies keeping a report open while making updates.
- Edit>Away>[Process] now also automatically enters the requested location (e.g. Vacation) in place of Service Point shifts of staff with Scheduling Approach of Assign Directly.
- Web View now automatically resizes Table displays when a mobile device is changed between portrait and landscape mode.
- New Web View 3.8.0 features:
- The URL for displays may now be directly saved to desktop or favorites (i.e. no more link below the display in current browsers)
- Ruby is now at version 2.2.4
- Dates down the side of the by week screens are now larger and their right-click menu now repeats that date.
- Help>E-mail Support menu now opens a how-to screen rather than a draft e-mail.
