- Employee by Week Screen’s Variance with Standard hours now uses same format as newly used on the Recurring Screen.
- Total Working hours in the week and difference with Standard hours now automatically show at the top of the Recurring Screen when a shift is added.
- You may now designate that you have two week pay periods in Tools>Options. This enables automatic last, this and next pay period date ranges in Tools>Reports and optionally you may designate that the Recurring and Available Staff screens show a two, rather than one, week working to standard hours comparison.
- New Testing/Training Database option in Tools>Options>Database Tab makes it easy to create a temporary copy of your database for training staff or testing a new scheduling approach.
- Now easier to enter a vacation/away period: select the new Enter Away Requests in the right-click menu on Employee name (or blank area in Employee by Week screen), click [New], specify the location and start/end time and click [Process].
- Bar Graph Scrolling Region is now controlled by Tool>Options>Staffed Hours Tab settings (rather than always being 24 hours).
- Database View: Employee by Location Hours report now automatically suppresses the On-Desk column if no on-desk shifts are included (e.g. when reporting hours for payroll and benefits).
- Away Requests now support partial days in both desktop and Web.
- Split now supports deleting and optionally replacing the time before the split point. Also, when deleting a segment of a working shift, Split now supports the option to shorten, rather than just delete, partially overlapping Service Point shifts.
- Employee# may now be suffixed to employee name in Database View Hours & Locations and Where working by # of days reports.
- New Web View 3.2.1 updates:
- When shifts are filtered because they fall outside of the min/max dates of a location, the user is now notified.
- The ical button is no longer displayed for Output Only displays.
