- The Conflict Screen now highlights existing shifts with a less frequent recurrence in red and allows you to designate that they also are to be deleted. This simplifies using Fast Entry for Vacation entry (especially when preloaded by Edit>Away).
- New Web View 2.6.1 now supports Location level override restricted date range and maximum notes size.
- Edit>Location now maintains and displays for each location: employee and date of last modification.
- Edit>Away, from Employee by Week screen, now opens for all of the current scheduler’s employees (rather than just this employee).
- Fast Entry and Clone now asks, for additional days of the week (in This Day Only mode), whether to delete the conflicting shift and its service points (eliminates a manual delete!).
- New Edit>Location Web Tab to optionally specify, per location, a maximum length to display for notes and/or date range for which shifts will display (see new Edit>Date Range). A soon to be released Web View will support these new parameters.
- Edit>Away tweaked to include notes in its report and have [Ok] enabled when Fast Entry clicked.
- New Web View 2.6.0 features:
- Web Login now supports picking your name (or Guest). Any personal password setup in Edit>Staff is used, otherwise any password specified in Tools>Web Services [Options] is used.
- New [Who's Away] button displays who’s away for the specified period.
- If personally logged in, new quick buttons of [My Graph] and [My Table] are provided and the [Who's Away] button will show just the employees in the applicable Employee Group (specified in Edit>Staff).
- Where Working Reports now allow you to specify whether names will be formatted and sorted by First Last, Last, First or Abbreviation once Tools>Activate>Minimum Schedule3W Level is done for 4.4.31.
