4.4.19:New Web View Table format + more
New Web View 2.5.1 features:
- New Table formats: Employee and Location by Date
- New interface for selecting Location(s) and Employee(s) that includes a Filter option.
- New replacement date picker (i.e. Calendar).
- New option to select Name Format (e.g. Last, First).
- New [Save Defaults] button will save in a cookie the current view and name format as the opening/Reset default.
- Graph formats now support shifts that cross midnight and, to help readability when scrolling, have space between rows, the vertical lines at 9, 12, 3, etc. are red and the time labels are repeated at the bottom.
- Start day parameter of saved URLs (e.g. sday=) now supports an explicit date (in addition to days away). Great for e-mailing a link to next term’s schedule!
- Graph: Employees x Time, which only shows one day, now leaves calendar end date unchanged and displays a hint.
- The color of grouped vacation/sick is now the color of the alphabetically first vacation subtype location (rather than always yellow).
Edit>Staff, when saving a new username matching the e-mail address, now offers to set all blank usernames for employees with the same e-mail domain.
